    Bought this driver on a 'whim' as I have a recent shoulder injury and the use of a light driver would help my Tee shots.

    Initially there was no advantage, in fact it was not helping at all! - however, after 4 or 5 rounds I learned how to use the shaft. It really likes to be hit hard. Now, this club truly performs well. Long and straight off the tee and very forgiving.

    If you want to go 'light' then this Driver is the one to go for. I had tried the Cleveland DST and the Wilson, but neither compare to the fun, big hitting Adams 4G

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
