Cobra Long Tom 2 Wood

  • The Long Tom name comes from a powerful cannon that was used during World War II. In the 1970's Cobra released its first version of the Long Tom, directly inspired by this cannon. The gun could fire it's projectile over 14 miles - how far could you go!
  • A powerful 240cc 6-4 titanium body with a larger deeper face helps to maximise the sweetspot of clubface to make it incredibly forgiving. Perfect for any golfers who are looking for maximum distance.
  • E9 Face Technology with Dual Roll offer more forgiveness. An elliptical (oval) face featuring a new canted bulge with dual roll design that provide more distance to shots hit above and below the centreline.
  • Dual Roll is a key element in the drivers design. This is used to correct excess backspin on a low shot and a shortage of back spin on high shots. This minimises loss of distance for shot struck above or below the centre line by using Cobra’s patented Advanced Material Placement Technology.
  • The Long Tom Driver features an ultra-lightweight prototype Blackbird graphite shaft designed by Graffalloy for delivering maximum distance. The inspiration behind the massive 45" shaft also comes from the Long Tom Cannon and the length of its barrel.
  • The shaft weight 270 grams which makes the Long Tom 2 Wood the highest length to weight ratio of any Cobra Driver.

      The best club I've bought in 20 years. Much more length than any three wood and very forgiving. Light and well balanced.
      I've had it for about six months and it's been a massive asset.
