John Letters T9+ Fairway Wood - Sleek, Strong & Incredibly Long!
John Letters have achieved the impossible with the T9+ and created a great looking, forgiving and powerful fairway wood which is at home both on the tee or from the fairway.

A great fairway wood, with a superb grip! They have used a decent shaft here and the head is a nice size and shape, offering plenty of reassurance at address, unlike some of the square or almost triangular things that I see in some stores!I find it easy to get the ball up in the air and it carries very far with plenty of roll. The sound at impact is nice, not too tinny or too dull. The included magnetic head cover is very clever and looks great.Don't be fooled into thinking this is a club only for he high handicapper. Whilst it is very forgiving, it is also easy to shape shots with this club too, for those nearer the single figure handicap. For me, a 3 wood is a club that I will likely only turn to 3 or 4 times in a round (if that) so I don't see the need to spend hundreds on this piece of kit. If you are in the market for an affordable fairway wood that feels anything but cheap, then I suggest you give this a try.

Comments about John Letters T9+ Fairway Wood:
Perfect for mid to high handicapper
By Dave

Was recommended this by staff at new Edinburgh store after showing interest in Mizuno woods and after a few hits into the virtual fairway I was sold on it immediately.I'm a high handicapper golfer and its a great club to have in the bag if you dont have great confidence with the driver (which I dont and it helps my game ten fold).

I was looking to spend about [£xxx] on a fairway wood for which a special offer on Ping G15 for [£xxx] looked really attractive until one of the shop's pros asked if I had considered a John Letters club. To be honest not at all because as for I'm sure for most people I gravitate towards the well known "premium" brands. Well I took his advice and gave it a test drive against the Ping fairway. Well what a great club the Letters proved to be. The Ping, in my opinion, was not [£xxx] better, quite the opposite. Okay so you don't get a Ping cover sitting in your golf bag to show to your mates but I'm confident that will get some great scores sitting on your scorecard which for me is even better. Go on get over your brand snobbishness and give a JL fairway a go. Trust me, you connect with this is and it's as good as any of your premium branded clubs.
