The 35% lower centre of gravity combines with 'SuperFast' technology for blistering forgiveness and distance from virtually any lie!

TaylorMade - Burner Fairway Woods (2008)

The TaylorMade Burner fairway woods use 'Dual Crown Technology' as found in TaylorMade's famous Tour Burner driver. This allows more of the clubhead's weight to be re-positioned, lowering the centre of gravity.
The centre of gravity is 35% lower than in previous Burner fairway woods making the new Burner fairway wood extremely easy to hit from the tee, fairway and rough.
The increased head size provides sublime forgiveness on off centre strikes and has an MOI reading 6% more than previous models. This prevents the clubhead twisting on off centre strikes for greater accuracy.
A 'fast-looking' triangular clubhead shape looks large when positioned behind the ball and inspires confidence. Not only does this look fantastic but it has also allowed the designers to move extra weight away from the clubface for an improved ball flight and extra distance.
A 'SuperFast' ultra-lightweight graphite shaft and TaylorMade grip come fitted as standard to help you squeeze every yard of distance from your swing.
