Although soft spikes generally do the job in winter conditions these spikes with a hard centre are a bonus and tend to make you feel more secure on slippery ground,(so far)

Fitted these to Hitec Stormchaser boot. Excellent grip on wet muddy course with wet leaves. Does not gather as much grass/leaves as softspikes.

Just the ticket for all this wet weather! So easy to fit too. The combination of soft cleats and metal spike is perfect. This is the third set I've purchased for my shoes, and it probably won't be my last.

Having had an unpleasant fall while wearing softspikes (Blackwidow) I am more than happy with the Pro-Stinger especially on wet ground.
