    I've been struggling with my back a lot during rounds of golf, particularly during cold, early mornings and/or towards the end of rounds. I bought this in hope rather than expectation and have been very pleasantly surprised. I've played a couple of rounds now, and it definitely provides significant relief, to the extent I can no longer blame poor shots on problems with my back. I haven't noticed it at all whilst playing and it didn't need any adjustment either. The instructions say neoprene products shouldn't be worn for more than 3-4 hours, but I had mine on for longer (travelling to and from course) and it was fine. I didn't notice any excess heat whilst wearing it, but there was some perspiration underneath the band when I took it off, though again it was not noticeable and had no effect whilst playing. If you have issues with your back, you should definitely consider giving this a try. It is completely comfortable to wear and does not restrict my swing.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
