I found it difficult to change the lenses until I rang direct golf all you have to do is slightly put pressure on the Nike tick on the side by putting your thumb and finger next to the thumb and give a little pinch with the other hand you grab the lense and give it a slight tug and should pop out then to get it in same way as you got it out and wait for a click superb usage though

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
