TaylorMade PureLite Golf Bag (Stand) (2013)

  • A 5 way stadium top allows your clubs to be simply separated and with upgraded sturdy top handle and easy to locate grab handle to allow the bag to be easily picked up and moved.
  • Redesigned ergonomic shoulder straps are designed to be an anti-fatigue strap system. The incredibly durable 4 point strap system with continuous webbing delivers a lower effective weight for the correct weight distribution and fit whilst carrying your bag.
  • Anti split stand system stops the legs from opening out to wide and damaging the stand mechanism. This allows the bag to be more stable when stood.
  • The bag has 7 pockets including a valuables pocket with internal key clip to keep your key, phones and wallet extra safe and secure whilst out on the course. A insulated drinks sleeve and pen slot can also be found on the bag for easy location whilst walking with the bag.
  • All TaylorMade bags now have the same standardised pocket height to a maximum 28.5" to allow for maximum capacity.
  • The air flow hip pad system allows the bag to rest comfortably on your back while allowing air to circulate and keep your back cool whilst walking.
  • A cart compatible base makes this a multi- functional bag so it is stable when standing and will sit comfortably and securely on a trolley on the days where you need a break.

      In my view, this is the best stand bag on the market and has a number of great features. It looks great: very modern. I love the big grab handle at the top - why did it take so long for this to be invented?? It has 5 big dividers for the clubs; much better than the 14 dividers you can get on a more expensive model which I know from experience are trickier to use. Plenty of pockets, although when you put a drink in the side holder it crushes the side pocket rendering it almost useless. However this is more than made up for by the cavernous bottom pocket. I'm not sure about the towel holder ring though - I prefer to use a carabina. The straps are fantastic, really well padded so you hardly feel the weight of the bag. Something else that I like is that the bag is designed to be a stand bag, trolley bag or sit upright in the bag of a buggy. It can stand upright like a tour bag or you can put the legs down. Since the legs drop much wider than older models so it is more stable in the wind. One last factor to consider is that the branding is timeless and unlike the models with 'R1' or 'RBZ' on it won't go out of fashion in a year. I bought the red and white version, my mate has the orange and white; both look great. Overall a really good bag.
