I have just chnaged from a Taylormade R series driver to this the John Letters Swingmaster Driver.

Being a begginer i am not the most confident with a driver and i would always tee off with a 3 or 4 iron obviously losing valuable yards.

My new club arrived today approx 36 hours after my order was placed which is very good for standard delivery, so i decided to go to the driving range and hit a few balls.

Now i have to say i am completely amazed at how this driver performs, i have absolutely no problem getting the ball in the air and even the off centre hits would feel like great shots. I started by always slicing my shots to the right but after a grip adjustment my balls were flying straight and 200+ yards, i am completly completely amazed as to how easy this driver is to use and after a little more practice i will be more than confident to use this off the tee.

A few reviews state that the driver can be loud but i didn't find this to be a problem myself.

Overall i am more than pleased with this item and i would say that it could be one of the most helpful items i have purchased so far.

Also included was the headcover which is a nice touch.

Finally got confident enough to start using a driver and was recommended this one by a mate. With a slight adjustment to my grip I found I was hitting the ball longer and straighter immediately on the range and felt confident enough to use it in a comp. the same day. The club doesn't feel too whippy and the ball strike feels nice and solid. The only negetive I can think of is it produces a loud noise on impact.
