TaylorMade RocketBallz RBZ Tour Rescue Hybrid Club

  • The name RocketBallz came from PGA Tour Professional Dustin Johnson after he hit the first prototype - "It goes like a rocket!" The designers and engineers have stuck with the quote ever since and the RocketBallz series was born.
  • "The RocketBallz Rescues represent a game-changing breakthrough in performance comparable to few products in the history of our industry" - Sean Toulon, Executive Vice President of TaylorMade.
  • The TaylorMade RocketBallz (RBZ) hybrid rescue clubs have been developed specifically to help increase ball speed which in turn will allow you to generate more distance!
  • The RocketBallz RBZ Tour Rescue hybrid has a comparatively smaller address appearance to that of the standard Rocketballz hybrid, a slightly open face angle, a toe-weighted centre of gravity, and is equipped with a heavier, stiffer, Tour-grade shaft.
  • Behind the face lies the extraordinary 'Speed pocket' which has been added to dramatically boost the overall head and face flexibility. This promotes an immense increase in distance!
  • The slightly deeper face and a centre of gravity that has been placed further forward than traditional hybrids gives you a more efficient, higher launch angle with less spin for even more distance.
  • Made from high strength 455 steel, the powerful face plate has been welded to a cast body. This face allows the club face to be stronger and more durable than standard club faces.
  • The distinctive matte white crown is paired with a devilish black face making it much easier to 'see' the ball at address and aid alignment for extra accuracy and confidence. The head also features some small striking green colour accents to make your club look as good in the bag as it does at address.
  • Each Rocketballz RBZ rescue hybrid club comes fitted with a TaylorMade RBZ graphite shaft. Weighing in at 85 grams, this Tour specification graphite shaft offers extra accuracy and consistency.
  • The matching headcover is included free when you place your order through the website!

Comments about TaylorMade RocketBallz RBZ Tour Rescue Hybrid Club:

Have the 18.5 and 21.5 versions. Very solid hit and the length you'd expect from the RocketBallz. Have found them quite heavy in the head compared to my previous Ping 15i rescues which does make you feel you can't do much with them in terms of shaping the ball - but boy does the ball stay hit

Might seem a minor point but the headcovers are the worst ever both in terms of club protection and for staying on the actual club. Had the clubs 3 weeks and been handed back a headcover by the group behind on 4 occasions to date. Come on Taylor Made you can do better than that
