The Nike SQ Dymo Str8-FIT driver gives players that 'superhero' feel

09/06/2009
The Nike SQ Dymo Str8-FIT driver has been described as one of the many weapons that enable a golfer to move their game forward.

Writing for World of Golf, Kiel Christianson has stated that a golfer could see themselves as being a kind of Batman, with a number of weapons available to help them achieve their goal.

Among these is the Nike SQ Dymo Str8-FIT driver, which is described as being a "veritable utility belt", because of the levels of adjustability that it has.

The club provides players with eight alternate loft-lie combinations, giving them the chance to slightly boost their shot depending on the position of their golf ball.

A player can opt to make their club face slightly more open on closed, while also adjusting the lie angle, depending on if the ball is nicely sat-up on the fairway.

Meanwhile, the additional benefit of the golf club, according to Mr Christianson, is that each adjustment only takes around two minutes to complete, with a small custom wrench helping to make changes to the shaft easier.

Golfers will see greater benefits from different driver lofts based on the speed of their swing and the clubhead speed they generate, with those creating less speed seeing better results from a golf driver with a larger degree angle.

The Nike SQ Dymo Str8-FIT driver is available with a variety of lofts, ranging from 8.5 degrees to 11.5 degrees.
