England's Luke Donald says he is ready for the eagerly-anticipated WGC-CA Championship at the Doral Resort.
The world's top 50 players receive invitations to the event, which is played over four days with no cut.
Mizuno Golf's Donald will tee-off at the event despite suspecting a wrist problem in his recent WGC-Accenture Match Play quarter-final against Ernie Els.
The niggle follows wrist surgery which led Donald to miss the last six months of 2009 after hurting himself at the US Open.
"I wouldn't play this week if I didn't think I was ready," he insisted. "In fact, the doctor and my physio think it's better to kind of work it through."
"I guess scar tissue, once it irritates, sits at a funny angle and the more you work it and get it back in it sits in a stronger position."
Donald will be accompanied by a number of Brits looking to make their mark at the event, including teenage wonder Rory McIlroy and Paul Casey, who made the final of the WGC-Accenture Match Play in Arizona.
