Prayad Marksaeng has revealed his burning desire to play in another US Masters after pulling out of last year's event.
After finishing third on the Japan Tour money list, popular Marksaeng was invited along to Augusta, but was forced to quit in the second round due to injury.
Ahead of the upcoming WGC-CA Championship at the Doral Resort, Marksaeng has underlined his ambition to earn a place at the Masters again, which he can do by rising up into the world top 50 from his current standing of 55th.
"Playing in another Masters is still my dream," he told the Bangkok Post. "I have had time to prepare for the CA Championship."
Marksaeng went on to explain that he had sought the advice on the course from countrymen Chapchai Nirat and Prom Meesawat: "They told me that the greens are not much different from those in Thailand and I was happy to learn about that."
A tied-15th place finish at the 2008 PGA Championship has been the best finish at the majors for Marksaeng, who was on this year's winning Asian Royal Trophy team.
