Cobra Big Trusty Rusty Wedge (Full Rust)

  • Cobra launched their original Trusty Rusty Wedges in 1998 after they were designed by the short game guru Phil Rogers. The original form of the wedge was that they were made from unplated carbon steel with a tri bounce sole for versatility and feel.
  • The modern Big Trusty Rusty features all of the classic features of a traditional shape and non-plated finish design which was proven so popular in the late 90’s but with the new technological advances incorporated.
  • The Tri-Bounce sole on the Big Trusty Rusty is super wide which helps you to maximise forgiveness whilst maintaining all the features of the original Trusty Rusty. The versatility of the wedges combines with the fantastic feel will help you generate more consistent wedge shots.
  • The grooves on the club face have been achieve by using Laser precision technology. This is an aggressive process which gives each groove a post-laser milling feature for four distinct surface roughness’s that result in maximum allowable spin.
  • Each wedge comes fitted with a Lamkin 3GEN grip which helps to improve vibration damping and stays soft and tacky after prolonged use. The grip has a longer length than a traditional grip which allows for a consistent feel even if you need to choke down shots.
  • Each wedge comes fitted with a Cobra FST steel shaft painted black with an non-glare coating and precision laser engraving for a striking look.
