The John Letters story began in 1918 with a small works on the north bank of the River Clyde in Glasgow.
Originally Letters Logan & Company, by 1923 the Company had become known as John Letters, the name that exists to this day.
John Letters Golf signed Sam Torrance OBE the European Tour legend and Ryder Cup captain signed in May 2010, 40 years after he
signed his first professional contract with John Letters.
John Letters equipment has been used by many famous names such as Fred Daly, and major winners Lee Trevino and Gary Player.
John Letters equipment has gone from strength to strength, pushing the limits on club design to achieve exceptional performance.
In 50’s, 60’s and 70’s the Master Model irons were seen as the absolute pinnacle of iron design, now the latest Master Model irons
are forged from the finest 8620 carbon steel and all hand assembled by master club makers in a custom built workshop in the home
of golf St Andrews. The T9+range is the most powerful and forgiving line of equipment John Letters have ever made, with a
combination of high performance components and state of the art technology.
