- Delivery times of balls ordered over the website are usually within 10 days. If your order is of an urgent nature, your order must be placed over the phone by calling 08000 139 139.
- Delivery times of any other personalised items ordered over the website is usually within 14 days. If your order is of an urgent nature, your order must be placed over the phone by calling 08000 139 139.
- Any other logo and corporate orders that involve any form of artwork must be placed over the phone by calling 08000 139 139.
- Returns or refunds cannot be accepted on orders once the printing/embroidery process has begun.
- We reserve the right to refuse to print any message/logo/photo that we feel unsuitable or offensive.
- All text on balls will be printed in black in the 'ariel' font unless any artwork suggests otherwise.
- All embroidery will be stitched in a 'standard' format/font unless any artwork suggests otherwise.
- If ordering personalised balls or any item requiring embroidery over the website, the text will be printed as you type it. If you use capital letters then your message will be printed in capital letters.
- Positioning of any text/image may vary from that shown on the website. The picture is for illustration purposes only. With regards to any embroidery, this will be located at our discretion. With regards to clothing this will always be on the breast opposite the branding logo of the manufacturer unless stated otherwise, (the collar and sleeve can also be used for personalisation)
- In terms of any corporate logos, for best results pantone references must be supplied, otherwise colours can only be approximated.
- If a proof of any artwork is required, it must be requested by yourself.
- In terms of artwork required for the purposes of corporate logo's and society crests, we require it in any of the following formats; eps, jpg, pdf, bmp or tif (minimum of 300dpi).
- Minimum order quantities on all personalised and logo golf balls is 2 dozen.
- Due to the different techniques used in the printing of balls, different jobs may result in different finishes; this may be in the form of a mat or a gloss finish. Both 'pad printing' and 'digital printing' is used on different jobs resulting in slightly different finishes.
- If your artwork is not to the required standard, on occasion there may be an extra charge to re work it. We will advise you of any charges before we commence with any work.

- Direct Golf UK logo and corporate vouchers are limited to one voucher per transaction/order.
