Nike Golf VRS Irons (Ladies)

  • As part of the Nike VR_S family, the Nike VR_S irons follow on the 'speed' theme by combining NexCOR face technology, Powerbow weighting and an ultra light shaft to 'Get Your There Faster'!
  • Extensively used in Nike's VR_S woods and hybrids, the powerful NexCOR face technology has been fitted to the VR_S irons for the very first time, allowing golfers to hit shorter irons into the greens, improving confidence and your game!
  • 5 & 6 Hybrids -
  • Nike's amazing 'NexCOR' technology features in the face of the VR_S hybrid club and uses a multi-thickness design, where the face is thickest in the middle and gets thinner towards the perimeter. This extra speed at impact results in more distance.
  • The shallow faced club head has been aerodynamically sculpted to glide through the air with the least possible resistance, delivering the performance of a fairway wood with the accuracy and scoring ability of an iron.
  • 7 – SW Irons -
  • Constructed from high strength, ultra thin Stainless Steel, the face of each VR_S iron uses the NexCOR variable thickness design, to deliver extra speed at impact for more distance.
  • Nike engineers conducted impact studies and were able to map, where on the face, golfers predominately strike at impact on every club. Based on those results, the location of the NexCOR technology differs from club to club to give you forgiveness and extra power just where you need it.
  • A 'Powerbow' design is used in each of the Nike VR_S irons. Placed at the very back of the head, the Powerbow moves a large percentage of the clubhead's weight away from the face, creating a faster and higher launch for straighter, longer and softer landing shots into the green.
  • Specifically designed to provide the maximum forgiveness and distance, the Nike VR_S irons are the perfect choice for the mid-to-high handicap golfer looking to achieve a higher, longer ball flight with extreme forgiveness on off centre strikes.
  • Named after the Japanese word for blizzard, the famous Mitsubishi Rayon 'Fubuki' graphite Ladies shaft is now fitted in the Nike VR_S Irons as standard to deliver the very best in distance, consistency and accuracy.
