Our rates of pay are competitive and are reviewed each year in line with our employee annual
performance reviews. In retail we offer competitive commission and bonus payments linked to
both the individual and team performances.
Professional Qualifications
Direct Golf UK Limited is recognised as a PGA training centre and as such we can offer training
support for anyone wishing to gain PGA status. We also encourage our employees to take part in
continued learning and provide assistance with continued professional development courses.
Staff Discount
All employee’s of the company are entitled to purchase products at special staff rates, these
discounted rates apply to all staff employed at the time of purchase.

We offer childcare vouchers to our employees to assist parents with the cost of childcare arrangements.
The scheme works in the way of salary sacrifice, part of the salary is sacrificed and taken as childcare
vouchers. The portion of your salary that is taken as vouchers is exempt from Tax and National Insurance
which can save you up to £962 per year.
Private Medical & Dental Insurance
We offer both private medical and dental schemes to our employees, there are several levels of cover
available to suit all needs and as the premiums are heavily discounted this is a great benefit for all staff.
