Sales Executive - Milton Keynes

Reports To: Store Manager, Regional Manager or Neil Bell.

Description: Selling Of Golf Equipment / Completing Of Jobs In Store.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Sell Golf Equipment in a professional manner, maximising all potentials
  • Complete Tasks Given To You In Your Daily Jobs Lists
  • Complete Further Tasks Set By Your Superiors
  • Lead by example and promote pro-activity
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Help the managers in the day to day running of the store
  • Continue To Learn / Improve Your Product Knowledge
  • Learn, Fully Understand And Follow The Procedures File
  • Be Punctual, Presentable And Have The Right Attitude For Work
  • Develop and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Complete with enthusiasm the Employee Coaching Programme
Other Requirements:
  • A staff meeting is held every week and you will be required to attend some or all of
  • This role requires tact, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality with the ability to communicate at all levels and to maintain the trust of the management and staff
  • A flexible nature with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
