Sales Executive - Milton Keynes
Reports To: Store Manager, Regional Manager or Neil Bell.
Description: Selling Of Golf Equipment / Completing Of Jobs In Store.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Sell Golf Equipment in a professional manner, maximising all potentials
- Complete Tasks Given To You In Your Daily Jobs Lists
- Complete Further Tasks Set By Your Superiors
- Lead by example and promote pro-activity
- Handle customer complaints
- Help the managers in the day to day running of the store
- Continue To Learn / Improve Your Product Knowledge
- Learn, Fully Understand And Follow The Procedures File
- Be Punctual, Presentable And Have The Right Attitude For Work
- Develop and maintain high standards of customer service
- Complete with enthusiasm the Employee Coaching Programme

- A staff meeting is held every week and you will be required to attend some or all of
- This role requires tact, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality with the ability to
communicate at all levels and to maintain the trust of the management and staff
