Well what can I say, you guys have done it again. I received a marketing email for Machspeed STR8 driver, I asked a question by email and received an answer next working day. I then ordered the driver expecting postage time of 4 days and got it in 2, I got to use the driver in our Captains versus Presidents team event this saturday. The driver is awesome, the price was ridiculous, your service is as usual second to NONE. Thank you all.

I would just like to pass back my feedback with regard to my recent order.
I am extremely impressed with Direct-Golf and will be purchasing all my golfing equipment through yourselves from now on.
I recently ordered the Cobra S9Irons, Hybrid, Driver and Stand Bag the majority of which as part of your recent sale.
Not only am I very happy with my clubs and bag but am over whelmed by the professionalism and courtesy of your staff and website.
I found ordering online very easy to do and went for the finance option which again was easy to use and as so far very professional.
What impressed me the most was when last minute on Friday I decided that I wanted my clubs next day as I wants to use them on the Sunday.
Your staff took it all in their stride and as promised they arrived before 12 noon on the Saturday.
I them went on to use the clubs at Rockliffe Hall in Darlington on the Sunday and even though used new clubs for the first time knocked 6 shots off my last round there!
Overall my experience with Direct-Golf has been FIRST CLASS

Exceptional service from direct golf, this is the second time I have ordered clubs from direct golf. After my order was placed I had a change of mind with club selection, one call and everything was sorted out with no hassle. I will definitely use them for future purchases.

well what can i say, excellent service from start to finish..i ordered a bag from your good selves... i was regularly updated by text on how my order was doing from dispatch to the day of delivery it was even delivered in the time stated...so there was no waitin round...everything was boxed well, and the contents perfect..thanx for my first of many orders...i would nt hesitate to recommend this company to any of my friends....

Ordered this club on Tuesday as a Xmas present for my wife. Estimated delivery was 5 - 8 days to France so imagine how delighted I was when it arrived in 2 days. i.e. half past four on Xmas Eve.
Now that's what I call style. Well done, and congratulations on a super service.

Just writing to praise the fantastic customer service that I got after I visited your Lincoln store about a month ago. As a student, a lot of places I go to shop I often get looked down upon when asking about items that I like. This was definitely not the case at Direct Golf.
Having just had a milestone birthday, I decided to buy a new set of clubs as my previous ones weren't suiting my game anymore.
I found the staff at your Lincoln store extremely accomodating and helpful; they provided me with a range of clubs that they thought would suit my game. And they weren't wrong.
Instead of pointing me towards the most expensive option, they were only interested in selling me something that would benefit me personally. I found this refreshing to see within retail, especially considering the current economic climate.
Having worked in retail for over five years, I understand the importance of great customer service and Direct Golf has been the first place to impress me.
You have gained yourself a loyal customer, so thanks for the help and I look forward to shopping with you again in the near future.

Thank you for your fast delivery. It took only eight working days to get my new set of irons to Finland. And they are custom-fitted too. In my local shop I should wait the fitting for five days. Today I played my first round with the new clubs Cobra S2 and they were awsome.

I have just purchased some irons form your Walsall store. I was served by a guy called Russell, he was helpful, friendly very knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend him and the Walsall store to anyone who needs great advice and excellent customer service. I know I will be going back there when I need anew driver.

Dear Direct Golf,
I have just received my order of a Mizuno MX 560 driver and a set of MX 17 Mizuno irons. I would like to say thanks for your service in the purchase of these sale items. I ordered them at 7 oclock on Thursday morning and didnt notice that the irons could be custom fitted. By 10 oclock i had a phone call from a member of your staff telling me that custom fit was avaliable who proceded to ask details height, glove size, handicap and weak points in my game etc incase anything needed to be altered. I have to say what a to quality service from your staff for a set of £150 sale irons. Not the first time i have ordered from you and it wont be the last. Many thanks

This is an email of thanks rather than complaint. I phoned your sales center on the off chance in regard to a set of wedges as your stores no longer sold them and to my amazement your sales person said there was 1 set left which were being returned on friday that i could have, also including custom fitting they arrived as promised on tuesday. Once again a big thank you it feels like christmas to me.

Hi Mark,
I have taken delivery of the two hybrid clubs that you recommended last week and they are absolutely tremendous bits of kit. They are easy to hit from both the floor and the tee and on our shortened, winter, course the 2i acts as a surrogate, and much more accurate, driver with little loss of distance as there is no real run to benefit my driver.
Thanks for your advice and thanks to the company for a well conducted bit of business. We will do some more!!
