Members can track their orders online by logging into their account and clicking the
Your Orders link in the top right panel.
If you would like your goods to be delivered to a safe place at home (porch/garage etc), please
state this at the time of placing your order. If ordering on the phone please give the delivery
instruction to your salesman, if ordering on the website please enter the details in the “Comments”
box at the end of your order - we will do our best to fulfil your request. Please note that our couriers
must receive this instruction from Direct Golf UK and not from the receiver and that goods are left
without a signature at your own risk.
If you have ordered from Direct Golf UK before, either through the website or our telesales department,
you may specify an alternative delivery address. To request this either enter the alternate address in the
comments box in the cart area of the website or call our experts on Freephone 08000 139 139.
Our couriers will try to deliver to your next door neighbours to obtain a signature and will put a card
through your door to let you know where your parcel is. If there is no-one available to sign, they will
leave a card stating that they have attempted delivery and will try again on the next working day
(not Sat/Sun). If you call the number on the card, the couriers will arrange re-delivery on another day
convenient to you; you can also arrange to collect your parcel from the depot if you prefer.
After the 1st delivery attempt the parcel will only be held for 5 working days; any parcels not delivered
or collected within 5 days of the 1st attempted delivery will automatically be returned to Direct Golf UK.
Please do not delay making contact with ourselves or the couriers to arrange re-delivery or collection of
your parcel. A charge of £5 will have to be applied to any order re-delivered after the 3rd
attempt by Home Delivery Network.

For security reasons our couriers will normally require a signature for the parcel. Occasionally, if the
courier feels it is safe to do so, they may leave the parcel without a signature.

Re-Directions
If no-one is available to accept your parcel at the stated delivery address, the parcel may be
re-directed to a different residential address. This is only possible after the first delivery
attempt when a card has been received. A charge of £9 will be added to any order that
is re-directed.
