Our Simple Returns Procedure

Direct Golf UK Ltd is committed to providing products of high quality and excellent value, we back this commitment with our famous '100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee' and 'Easy Returns' procedure.

If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund so long as it is new and in its original packaging.

If you would like to return an item please contact our dedicated Customer Service Team on Freephone 08000 139 139 or email aftersales@direct-golf.co.uk prior to returning the goods to obtain a returns number. This will allow us to process your return promptly, please quote your returns number on the outside of the package.

On the outside of the parcel write your returns number. Please also include a note inside the parcel with your name, address and contact details with confirmation of what is required in return. We recommend that you return the goods through the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service and keep the receipt for your records. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods to us as we cannot accept any liability for items lost before they are signed for by a member of Direct Golf UK staff.

Please note that Direct Golf UK Ltd cannot accept returns on used merchandise, special orders, custom fit golf clubs or personalised items.

Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. Receipt of proof of purchase will be required.

Faulty Products

Please note that if a product is repairable it will be repaired and not replaced. In the vast majority of such cases, upon receipt of the item, we will forward the item(s) to the relevant manufacturer for inspection. The majority of manufacturers quote up to 28 days for repair of goods. If the item is not something that can be repaired, we will replace it free of charge.

Notes

Direct Golf UK holds no liability (outside the normal warranty given by the manufacturer) with regard to the return of any wood, purchased by a consumer which currently conforms to R&A or USGA regulations but may not do so in the future due to changes to the rules set by the governing bodies of the game.

We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, special offers, custom fit golf clubs and personalised items.

If you received a free gift/voucher with any item you are returning you must also return the gift otherwise we will not be able to process any refund/credit. If you have received a voucher due to purchasing an item then this voucher will be void if the purchased item is returned for a credit/refund.
