Shop with confidence

We aim to provide our customers with complete satisfaction in the products and services we provide.

If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund so long as it is new and unused, and in it's original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, special offers, custom fit golf clubs and personalised items.

This allows you to shop in complete confidence - buying online is no different from purchasing your goods from one of our retail stores or our mail order catalogue.

What does it mean to you, the consumer?

If a product fails to meet with your expectations, return them to us and depending on your wishes, we will either;
  • Exchange them for a different variant of the original product you ordered (eg size or colour.)
  • Credit you the full value of the goods to be used against a subsequent purchase.
  • Arrange a full refund for the product, payable by the original method used to buy the goods.
In instances where there is no fault with the original product, we may make a small charge for delivering replacement goods.
