Direct Golf UK offer a fast home delivery service; and all orders over £10 in value are shipped free of charge if ordered on-line (UK mainland only). Usually products are despatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit.

• We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available or if there are any queries with the order.
• You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.

• Your order is not accepted until your credit/debit card is processed or until the monthly direct debit scheme contract is signed.
• The card will not be processed until the goods are shipped (usually within 24 hours).

Direct Golf UK web members discount scheme is aimed at customers who want to buy online, and for whom price is the most important factor. We are able to provide better prices online due to the low overhead structure of running a website, as opposed to staffing a call centre or shop. Once registered as a member, we will remember your details which will make it much quicker when placing your next order.

When buying online, the level of personal customer service is different than you would expect to find from our telesales staff or if you visited one of our shops. If you know exactly what you want and price is your main priority then the Direct Golf UK web member discount scheme will suit you and your products will be delivered promptly.

If you are an existing customer of Direct Golf UK you will still need to sign up with your email address and brief details to receive the members discount as this is a completely new service. This also ensures the data we have is correct and up to date.

Free products and giveaways

The members price is a net price including vat, and any free product that is offered normally will not be included, we simply will give you the best price with no frills.

We obviously recommend that before buying any specialist golf equipment or if you require custom fitting that you contact one of our professional golf advisors freephone on 08000 139 139 at our call centre or at one of our stores.

If you require a more specialist customer service Direct Golf UK employs Professional golf advisors in its call centre and 12 UK stores for your convenience.

The offers on the web members discount scheme do not extend to our telesales or store business and as previously mentioned is a web only offer for customers who simply want to shop online and price is king.

The discount scheme is experimental and will be regularly reviewed as to its success, we reserve the right to withdraw the members discount scheme at any time and prices are correct at time of going live on our website we reserve the right to alter prices and terms and condition at any time. Errors and omissions excluded.

We aim to bring you a selection of products every month which will be available at better prices than normal, you will need to login to receive the special members price.
